About Me
I work at the intersection of innovation, human-centered design, design strategy, and design research. I bring over 15 years of experience in leading, practicing and teaching innovation, design thinking, human-centered design, and entrepreneurship - and using video ethnography and storytelling as a secret sauce to drive change. I've collaborated across healthcare delivery organizations, payers, startups, non-profits, incubators, and HR teams, to create insight-driven narratives and design strategy rooted in authentic experience. My aim is to reveal the deep patterns that move people and help organizations launch new efforts in a way that is thoughtful, creative, and with the right people at the table. I work both remotely and on site in the US and globally.
